GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
§ 1. RENTAL OBJECT
The rental object is a motorhome/caravan with extra equipment.
§2. THE LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS
- The minimum age for the driver is 25 years. A minimum of 5 years driving license is required for class B.
- The lessee is obliged to present the aforementioned documents no later than on the day of signing the agreement.
- The tenant is responsible for complying with the terms of this regulation.
- The lessee shall secure the vehicle against theft with particular care and use all available means/security measures. It is also necessary to check the security condition of the vehicle.
- The lessee can only drive the car in countries belonging to the EU, Switzerland and Norway. Other countries require the lessor's consent.
- Without such consent, the lessee is fully liable for damage to the rented vehicle.
- The lessee covers the costs of operating the vehicle, i.e. fuel costs, tolls abroad, highway tolls, parking, fines and penalties as well as repairs of damage caused by the lessee.
- The renter must always carry the vehicle's documents (registration certificate and key set with remote control). Leaving the documents in the vehicle is forbidden, as theft of both the vehicle and the documents will make it impossible to obtain compensation from the insurance company. In such a case, the renter is fully liable.
- The renter may not drive the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicants.
- The lessee is not entitled to sublease the vehicle to other persons.
§3. RESERVATION AND RENTAL CONTRACT
- Reservation of the rental object can be made by phone, e-mail or by using the registration form at www.bil4.eu.
- Confirmation of the reservation of the rental object is the payment of a reservation fee of 30% of the agreed rental price within 3 days of the reservation.
- The reservation fee is deducted from the rental price.
- In order to rent the rental object, a rental contract must be entered into between the landlord and the tenant, as well as the acceptance and signing of this regulation and other attachments that are an integral part of the contract.
§4. PAYMENTS AND PAYMENT DEADLINES
- The cost of renting a camping vehicle (motorhome, caravan) is calculated according to the current price list and consists of:
a) rental fee
b) service fee (optional)
c) deposit
d) additional services and equipment - The reservation fee of 30% must be paid no later than 3 days from the date of reservation, either in cash or by bank transfer to the company's account:

- The other fees mentioned in section 4, point 1 must be paid no later than when the motorhome is collected.
- The deposit (deductible) is intended to cover any costs for repairs and damages to the vehicle caused by the lessee's fault, as well as to cover additional services that become necessary after the return of the vehicle, such as: cleaning the vehicle inside and out, refueling, emptying the toilet, repairing damaged equipment, delay, etc. The details of the fees can be found in the price list. If the cost of repairs and additions exceeds the value of the deposit paid, the lessor has the right to require the lessee to cover the additional costs.
- In the event that there are no additional costs, mentioned in § 4 point 4, the deposit will be refunded to the tenant within 3 days.
§ SECTION 5. CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT
- In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the landlord is entitled to deduct the deposit paid:
a) 50% of the deposit paid if the cancellation takes place 30 days or more before the planned rental period
b) 100% of the deposit paid if the cancellation takes place less than 30 days before the planned rental period - The lessor reserves the right to cancel the reservation/cancel the rental contract if damage to the vehicle makes it impossible to rent it out and both parties declare that they will have no further claims against each other as a result of the non-fulfillment of the rental agreement. The reservation fee/deposit/rental amount will be refunded without deduction within 3 days.
§ 6. HANDLING OF THEFT, EMERGENCIES, ACCIDENTS AND DAMAGE
- In the event of a collision, accident or theft, the insurance company, landlord and police must be notified immediately.
- The tenant's rights and obligations are regulated by the lease.
- The tenant bears all repair costs that are the tenant's responsibility and that are not covered by the insurance.
§ 7. USE OF THE MOTORHOME
- The lessee is obliged to check the technical condition of the vehicle, especially the level of operating fluids, tires, to ensure safe and trouble-free use of the vehicle.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes and other drugs in the car.
- The vehicle can only be used by the lessee for tourist purposes.
- The lessee shall immediately notify the lessor of any defects, collisions or traffic accidents involving the rented motorhome.
- The Lessee is fully liable for any damages resulting from a breach of the obligations in this agreement.
- The lessee is also liable for their own acts and omissions, as well as for all damage caused by all participants in the trip. Liability includes damage that occurs both during the rental period and later, especially if it is suspected that the renter has concealed the damage.
§ 8. FINAL PROVISIONS
- Any amendment to the provisions of this Agreement must be in writing to be valid.
- The parties undertake to resolve all disputes amicably through negotiations.
- If no agreement can be reached, the ordinary court with jurisdiction over the Lessor's place of business shall be the appropriate body to settle the dispute.
